Special Presentation: CDFA Healthy Soils

Andrew Johnson, Program Manager with the Upper Salinas-Las Tablas Resource Conservation District (USLTRCD) will host a power point presentation on the California Department of Food and Agriculture's (CDFA) Healthy Soils Program. This program is funded through the Office of Environmental Farming and Innovation and California Climate Investments. The USLTRCD has received a Technical Assistance grant from CDFA to provide resources to local agriculturalists and landowners for the upcoming grant solicitation. $50 million has been designated for the Healthy Soils program through SB 129. The grant solicitation is scheduled to open in October.
