Join us for another exciting and informative IGGPRA seminar at Castoro Cellars on Thursday April 23 from 3-5pm. Amy Butler from Baker Labs will be taking us through the chemistry and analysis behind making quality wines; Bry Grebe from Laffort will educate members on the stability, structure and texture of making technically sound and compelling wines using practical tools and techniques. Audience will have ample opportunity to ask these experts your questions about making great wines.
